The personal information we collect is initially used to develop your free financial analysis. After developing an analysis, we use the information you submitted to contact you with the results, explain how Lift can help improve your financial situation, or suggest alternate options if Lift is unable to assist you.

We may share personal information about you with your creditors and other parties that help us service and maintain your account. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is never shared with any third parties. We may receive personal information about you from other parties such as credit reporting agencies, third parties who assist in identifying prospective consumers, data brokers, social media and marketing sources, or your creditors.

Lift uses Google Analytics reporting to gather information on visitors to our website, including Demographics and Interest Reporting (age, gender, and interests) to enhance visitor experience and support display advertising. We do not merge personally-identifiable information with non-personally-identifiable information from display advertising features based on the DoubleClick cookie unless we have robust notice of, and your prior affirmative (opt-in) consent to, that merger. Visitors can use Ads Settings to opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.

As necessary, we may share non-personal information with trusted third-party service providers, such as the corporations that manage or host our website, to perform services on our behalf. They typically use non-personal, anonymous information — like clickstream data regarding visit duration — that isn't identifiable with a particular visitor.
